What kind of network support can we expect?

After an initial analysis of your network and current system, we will make certain that everything is working properly and configure your entire network for Remote Access Help-desk services. If a computer goes down, you will open a trouble ticket and we will diagnose it remotely. If this does not work, we will dispatch a technician to repair onsite within a few hours.

What Happens if my Computer needs to be replaced?

As a Dell and Lenovo Reseller, 360 Consultants will be able to get you a replacement computer quickly, easily and at a reduced cost to you. We will attempt to retrieve all of your data and reinstall it on your new computer. The replacement process can take anywhere from 2-7 days depending on configuration.
